A Formal Farewell

February is a special celebratory month.  Not only is it Black History Month, but there is Valentine’s Day, along with President’s Day.  While this holiday is primarily to honor our US Presidents, we here at AllianceStaff also want to take this opportunity to talk about our President, too.  We have a new President.  It’s Patrick Collins!  We salute him, and congratulate him on this role that he’s been handling for over a year.  Right alongside him is Nicole Mortell as VP of Sales. What a great team!

But we also say thank you to Glenna for leading us all the years before! Enjoy these kind words from her as she sails off.

After 40+ years recruiting for Milwaukee’s business community, both on a client and candidate basis, it’s time for change.  It’s been the honor and privilege of my working days to serve this great community to provide solutions and to help bring dignity to all workers that have gone through transitions to better roles for themselves here with our wonderful employers.  I’ve loved working at the helm of this great ship on this great voyage. I’ve learned a lot as I’ve traveled through the years.  And now, the next generation is ready and in place to continue charting the course of success with more opportunities on the horizon.  I turn over the Captain’s wheel to Patrick Collins, CPC with Nicole Mortell, CPC at his side, to continue providing the service and recruiting solutions to all.   You will be in good hands and safe waters with the whole team that is in place.

My motto has always been (per Zig Ziegler),  “You can get everything you want in life IF you just help enough other people get what they want.”

And you know what???  It’s true.

How fitting that in this month of President’s Day, I can say thank you to all of you for the chance to serve Milwaukee, doing what I love, getting to know so many wonderful people and contributing to everyone’s success.

So, congratulations, Patrick and Nicole on AllianceStaff’s next chapter.  May you have smooth sailing from this day forward!

We know it isn’t a forever goodbye, but thank you for everything you have done for us, Glenna. Your knowledge, dedication, and dance moves are missed. We know you have great times ahead! THANK YOU!!!
