Patrick Collins, CPC
Partner, President
Patrick Collins is President of AllianceStaff. As a founding Partner, Patrick has driven the recruiting in the Healthcare and Revenue Cycle verticals, while continuing to innovate AllianceStaff’s business model and provide professional development to the team. He also proudly serves on the Board of Directors for the state association Recruiters of Wisconsin. When not hard at work, you will find Patrick enjoying a busy life with his wife and three daughters, coaching basketball and soccer, and closely rooting on Marquette basketball.
Nicole Mortell, CPC
Partner, Vice President of Sales
Nicole earned her Bachelor of Arts from UW-Oshkosh and began her staffing career shortly after graduation. Quickly, Nicole found her passion rising to top producer year after year and from there in 2006 she became one of the founding Partners of AllianceStaff. Today as Partner and VP of Sales and Marketing, she remains on the front lines of recruitment and client management, while simultaneously fostering the growth of AllianceStaff by identifying key business development opportunities and training team members to develop their own desks. Nicole partners with companies across a wide range of industries to understand their hiring needs and to help them build the best possible teams. She has been recruiting in Milwaukee for over 15 years and has developed a unique insight into the hiring needs of the local market. She creates strong business relationships, many of which turn into long-term friendships, attesting to the loyalty she has with her clients and candidates. She listens. She asks questions. And she understands that a great talent match never needs to be sold. Nicole intuitively knows when she’s found the right match, and her long track record of successful placements proves her skill.
In her free time you can find Nicole on the soccer field watching her twin boys play in rain, sleet or snow (true soccer mom!!), staying on top of fitness trends, checking out a new restaurant with her girlfriends, traveling with her husband Tom or snuggling with her baby girl Mariah (Australian miniature Labradoodle.)
Mark Gawronski, CPC
Senior Employment Consultant
Hired in 2013, Mark Gawronski serves as a Senior Employment Consultant for AllianceStaff. Mark started his career in recruiting immediately following his college career at UW-Whitewater where he graduated with his Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism Advertising and participated on their nationally ranked football team. He is a high energy leader with a skill to connect and build relationships. His ultimate goal is to develop more of a partnership, where he is an extension to the search, both on the company and candidate side. Mark is CPC certified by the National Association of Personnel Services and also participates on the Board of Directors for our state association, Recruiters of Wisconsin.
Mark is a family man and loves spending quality time with his wife and two kids. In his free time, Mark enjoys playing golf, following his favorite sports teams (The Green Bay Packers and the Whitewater Warhawks) and doing DIY projects.
Steven Winker, CPC
Senior Employment Consultant
Steven is a graduate from UW-Oshkosh and has been with AllianceStaff since 2018, and in the recruiting industry since 2015 . He’s CPC certified and specializes in Supply Chain, Operations, & Logistics. He prides himself on building relationships with local companies and candidates. His primary goal is to help ensure future employees are excited and motivated in their new career opportunity, and that employers can feel confident and assured that their new hire will help move the company forward.
During Steven’s free time, you can find him with his family, probably at a Bucks or Brewers game, or watching/playing soccer. His golf game could use some work, and his wife says he should probably spend less time trying to fix it…
Heather Loving
Employment Consultant
Newer in the industry, Heather works as an Employment Consultant for AllianceStaff and has already proven herself to be a strong asset to the team! Heather has 10+ years of Service industry experience and 7 years of experience in Corporate Retail. All her skills obtained over the years along with her strong work ethic have led her to this new career path. Her biggest goal is to build long standing relationships while helping companies and candidates find the right fit. She understands this can be a tough task to take on alone and is looking forward to helping you!
In Heather’s free time she loves to spend time with her 2 dogs, boyfriend, his 2 kids, family and friends. She also enjoys watching Packers, Bucks and Badger games, golfing, camping and will take any chance she can get to spend time outside in the warmer months.
Jennifer Mbuthia
Employment Consultant
Jennifer comes to the AllianceStaff team with over 20 years of hiring and management in the Industrial Coatings & Manufacturing industry.
Candidates working with Jennifer will have a recruiter that will truly listen to the career path goals that are communicated.
Clients will be confident that Jennifer is a Business Solution Provider.
Family is very important to Jennifer. Her husband, three children and their pup Molly always have a new adventure going on.
Boating and Lake Life is the vision that gets her through the winter months. Baseball! Jennifer loves the sounds and sights of a great game.
She grew up as a Chicago White Sox fan but as she raised her oldest son who loves baseball she quickly became a lifelong Brewer Fan!
Megan Scarcello
Office Manager
Megan Scarcello is AllianceStaff’s Office Manager. She has been with the company for 8 years now and building relationships with candidates and clients through it all. She graduated from UW-Whitewater with Public Relations and Marketing. She has been able to put some of those skills to the test being responsible for engaging our social media audience. In her free time, you can find Megan hanging with her husband, cat, and baby boy, while rotating the shows Friends, Parks and Rec, New Girl, and The Office. She loves pasta, sea salt + vinegar chips, and gummy bears.
Glenna Cose Brin, CPC
Glenna Cose Brin has nearly 45 years of dedicated experience in the recruiting industry. She has mastered the specialties of Legal and Insurance within those years. As the original founder of AllianceStaff, in 2006, she has one goal in mind: to serve the companies and candidates in Milwaukee to provide meaningful employment solutions that stick. She has managed all aspects of AllianceStaff and has assisted in putting together a team of professionals that are devoted to the industry. Over the years, she’s given back to our recruiting community through NAPS (past Chairman), ROW (past Board Officer),and MMSHRM (past Committee Co-Chair). “It’s an honor to serve the community and I look for ways to continue helping us all.” In her days of leading to full retirement, Glenna has her hands full with grandchildren, traveling the world with her loving husband, or enjoying her wine club perks while reading a good book.
