As we approach the end of February, it feels like 2026 is already flying by. End of Quarter 1 will be here before we know it. February this year happened to be called a “perfect month.” The dates formed a perfect rectangle, which will not occur again until February 2037.
This is where it sparked the debate. A perfect month can exist, but does a perfect job?
When we look at a perfect job, this is what it could include:
-A great location that is right next to or close to your home
-A salary that allows for you to pay bills and to save
-A manager who trusts you and allows you to do your job and grow
-Coworkers who all get along and no one talks gossip about each other
-Having work-life balance so you never feel bad taking vacation or going to an event for your child
I am sure the list could go on and on. But does a job like this truly exist? For some, the answer is yes. While others continue searching for that job that will feel more perfect for them. It is possible! Also, the grass isn’t always greener so while on the search for a better job, search for ways to make your work week better.
